How to request deletion

Email dr3amtoreal@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion" and tell us:

• the email, phone number or username (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger) you used to contact us;
• whether the request covers all your data or only some of it (for example, only the photos you sent us).

This includes data linked to our Facebook and Instagram pages, to the messages we exchanged with you and to the apps we use to manage those messages.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request and reply within one month at most.
• We delete the data that is no longer needed and confirm by email what was deleted.
• Data the law requires us to keep (for example invoices and accounting records, for 10 years) cannot be deleted before that period ends. Until then it is kept for that purpose only and not used for anything else.
• If you have an order in progress or an open complaint, we keep the data needed to complete it and tell you so.

Data in Meta's apps

Conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are also stored in your own account. To delete them on your side, use those apps' settings.
