Where we ship
We ship to mainland Portugal only, by CTT. We do not currently ship to the Azores, Madeira or outside Portugal.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the weight, the parcel size and the CTT service used.
We always state the exact shipping cost in the order summary, before you pay. We never charge a shipping cost that is not in the summary.
Delivery times
Each piece is made after you order. The total time includes production and transport:
- Production (preparation): 3 to 7 working days, depending on the piece
- CTT transport within mainland Portugal: usually 48 to 72 hours after dispatch. This is an estimate: transit time depends on CTT. The delivery time stated in your order summary still applies.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Your order's delivery time is stated in the summary before you pay. If none is stated, we deliver within 30 days of the day after the contract is made.
If there is a delay, we will tell you and give a new date. Your rights in case of delay are in the Terms and conditions, section 7.
Tracking
When your piece is dispatched, we send you the CTT tracking number by email or WhatsApp.
Packaging and damaged parcels
We pack every piece with protection suited to its size and fragility. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the piece and the packaging and contact us by email or WhatsApp. We will resolve it under the legal guarantee, at no shipping cost to you.
