A Dr3amToReal (Pompousweek Unipessoal Lda, adiante designada por Dr3amToReal) respeita a privacidade de todos os utilizadores do seu website e compromete-se a proteger as informações pessoais que cada utilizador decidir partilhar. Algumas secções e/ou funcionalidades deste website podem ser navegadas sem recurso a divulgação de qualquer informação pessoal por parte do utilizador.

2. Object

Dr3amToReal specializes in the production and sale of 3D printed parts, including:

• Standard products
• Custom and made-to-order products
• 3D printing services on customer request

Products are sold exclusively at a distance, through the website.

These Terms apply to final consumers (individuals) and professional clients, unless otherwise stated.

Orders by persons under 16 years of age are not permitted.

The information presented on the website does not constitute a contractual offer, but rather an invitation to contract.

The contract is considered concluded when Dr3amToReal confirms the order by email.

The confirmation constitutes proof of the transaction and acceptance of the contract.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

For custom products, the Customer is responsible for:

• Accuracy of files submitted
• Measurements, texts, models, or specifications provided

Dr3amToReal is not responsible for defects resulting from:

• Errors in customer files
• Improper use of the product
• Purposes incompatible with 3D printing

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.

Dr3amToReal reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

Payment methods displayed on the website at the time of order are accepted.

The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

8. Production and Delivery

Production times vary according to product type and degree of customization.

Delivery times are estimated and depend on the carrier.

Dr3amToReal is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (carriers, strikes, force majeure).

9. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Applicable refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days after acceptance of the return.

The refund will be made by the same payment method used in the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Warranty and Conformity

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided by Portuguese law.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse
• Alterations made by the Customer
• Use outside the intended purpose

Dr3amToReal shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.

Total liability shall never exceed the value paid for the product in question.

All website content (texts, images, models, logos) is the property of Dr3amToReal or its rightful owners, and may not be used without prior authorization.

14. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law No. 58/2019.

15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Customers may file complaints through the Electronic Complaints Book:

In case of consumer disputes, the Customer may resort to a competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

In case of dispute, the court of the area of Dr3amToReal's registered office is competent, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.
