All pieces are produced in Portugal after order confirmation. Production time is 3 to 7 working days for catalogue pieces and 5 to 10 working days for custom pieces, depending on complexity.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

mainland Portugal: 24 to 48 hours.

Azores, Madeira and the rest of Europe: not available at online checkout. Contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will quote shipping to your destination.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order has been dispatched.

Packaging

All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. More fragile or larger pieces receive additional protection.
