- Shipping to mainland Portugal only, by CTT. Shipping is calculated by CTT based on weight and destination and is confirmed with you before you place your order.

- Timing
- Production (preparation) in 3 to 7 working days after payment, depending on the piece, plus CTT transport (usually 48 to 72 hours after dispatch). Christmas 2026: for delivery in mainland Portugal before Christmas, order by 3 December (catalogue pieces) or 25 November (personalised pieces).
