How an Order Works

From your idea to your door — how it works

Every piece that leaves the Dr3amToReal studio begins with an idea. It might be yours, it might be ours — but the process is always designed to get you to the right result, without surprises.

📦 1. You choose or propose

You can order directly from the catalogue — pieces ready to produce, in the available colours. Or you can come with your own idea: a piece you saw somewhere, a specific measurement, a personalisation. Just get in touch and describe what you have in mind.

💬 2. We align on the details

For catalogue pieces, we confirm material, colour and timeline. For custom pieces, we may ask for measurements, reference photos or the text you want included. Every order is assessed individually — we do not work on an assembly line.

🔧 3. We produce with care

3D printing is not instant — it is a layer-by-layer construction process that can take hours or days depending on the piece. After printing, each piece is inspected and finished before being packaged.

Average production times:

  • Catalogue pieces: 3 to 7 working days
  • Custom pieces: 5 to 10 working days

📨 4. We package and dispatch

All pieces are packaged with protection appropriate to their size and fragility. We ship from Aveiro, Portugal, with a tracking number sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

✅ 5. You receive and confirm

If something is not as expected, get in touch. We will work to find the best solution — exchange, correction or refund.
